It's All About Hate

The Muslim hatred for Jews is a special kind of hate, a malignant spiritual force that began before recorded time. This hatred transcends the liberal gibberish of modern psychobabble; it attempts to be masked by the flimsy excuses of politicans and the machinations of Islamic apologists. But we cannot understand this irrational rage because we are human and are not capable of fully understanding the enmity, starting with Adam, that Satan has for the lineage of Christ. Satan knows his fate and will do everything in his power to postpone it. If he can destroy Israel, he thinks he will have accomplished that end. And it is to that end and for that very purpose that I believe America has been morally corrupted just as Europe.

Viewing world events through the lens of scripture produces some gut wrenching scenarios. But it has been thus for much of recorded history. God's will is inexorable. Israel will eventually stand alone against the forces of hell. America will not be watching Israel's six. America will abandon Israel.

It will be Christ and Christ alone who will save Israel at Armageddon.

And This Goes For White Folk Too!

This malady is not limited by any factor of race. This is part of our culture, a growing subculture of ignorance, contempt, selfishness and greed. Lord preserve us as a country.

H/T to IOTW.

Okay, this is the last of the "Are You Ready..." posts.
I. Promise.

Are You Ready For Some Quasicrystals!

I've read this article several times and I'm still not sure what this guy discovered. But, hey, congratulations anyway!
When Israeli scientist Dan Shechtman claimed to have stumbled upon a new crystalline chemical structure that seemed to violate the laws of nature, colleagues mocked him, insulted him and exiled him from his research group.

After years in the scientific wilderness, though, he was proved right. And on Wednesday, he received the ultimate vindication: the Nobel Prize in chemistry.

[...]In 1982, Shechtman discovered what are now called "quasicrystals" — atoms arranged in patterns that seemed forbidden by nature.

"I was thrown out of my research group. They said I brought shame on them with what I was saying," he recalled. "I never took it personally. I knew I was right and they were wrong."

The discovery "fundamentally altered how chemists conceive of solid matter," the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said in awarding the $1.5 million prize.

Since his discovery, quasicrystals have been produced in laboratories, and a Swedish company found them in one of the most durable kinds of steel, which is now used in products such as razor blades and thin needles made specifically for eye surgery, the academy said. Quasicrystals are also being studied for use in new materials that convert heat to electricity.

Quasicrystals of an alloy of aluminum, copper, and iron, displaying an external
form consistent with their icosahedral symmetry.

Shechtman is a professor at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He is the 10th Israeli Nobel winner, a great source of pride in a nation of just 7.8 million people. Shechtman fielded congratulatory calls from Israeli President Shimon Peres, who shared the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"Every citizen of Israel is happy today and every Jew in the world is proud," Netanyahu said.

Staffan Normark, permanent secretary of the Royal Swedish Academy, said Shechtman's discovery was one of the few Nobel Prize-winning achievements that can be dated to a single day.

On April 8, 1982, while on sabbatical at the National Bureau of Standards in Washington — now called the National Institute of Standards and Technology — Shechtman first observed crystals with a shape most scientists considered impossible.

The discovery had to do with the idea that a crystal shape can be rotated a certain amount and still look the same. A square contains four-fold symmetry, for example: If you turn it by 90 degrees, a quarter-turn, it still looks the same. For crystals, only certain degrees of such symmetry were thought possible. Shechtman had found a crystal that could be rotated one-fifth of a full turn and still look the same.

"I told everyone who was ready to listen that I had material with pentagonal symmetry. People just laughed at me," he said in an account released by his university.
So many people who stick to their guns despite the odds are stubborn cusses or just plain nuts.

But every now and then they are geniuses!

Are You Ready For Some Special Counsel!

"Are You Ready For Some ..."
Gee, I really like the spin and excitment that introduction puts on things. I'm definitely going to use it more often, but you really have to shout it out.

Chefs: Are You Ready For Some Linguini and Clam Sauce!
Dentists: Are You Ready For Some Root Canal!
College Bursars: Are You Ready For Some Tuition!
Internists: Are You Ready For Some Sigmoidoscopy!

Back to business. The GOP is asking that Obugger appoint a special prosecutor/counsel to investigate US Attorney General, Eric Holder, on whether or not Holder lied to Congress over his awareness of the "Fast and Furious" debacle currently being ignored by most of the media.

"F n' F" is responsible for the deaths of perhaps as many as two US Border Patrol Agents and 200 Mexican citizens by providing thousands of firearms to illegal straw purchasers who then delivered the weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartel members.
{...} House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, was sending a letter to President Obama on Tuesday arguing that Holder cannot investigate himself, and requesting the president instruct the Department of Justice to appoint a special counsel.

The question is whether Holder knowingly made false statements of fact under oath during a Judiciary Committee hearing on May 3. At the time, Holder indicated he was not familiar with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives program known as Fast and Furious until about April 2011.

"I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks," Holder testified.

However, newly discovered memos suggest otherwise. For instance, one memo dated July 2010 shows Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, told Holder that straw buyers in the Fast and Furious operation "are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."

Other documents also indicate that Holder began receiving weekly briefings on the program from the National Drug Intelligence Center "beginning, at the latest, on July 5, 2010," Smith wrote.
Hmmm, lying to Congress. Is that like Lenin calling Stalin a dirty commie?

Bonus Points: Does anyone remember who the guy at the top is?

Are You Ready For A Boycott!

Hank Williams Jr. made a remark on Fox News this morning and because of what he opined, his opening musical segment to ESPN's "Monday Night Football" has been pulled from the program. From Politico:
Hank Williams Jr., the voice famous asking millions of football fans whether they’re ready for some football, has been pulled from tonight’s broadcast of “Monday Night Football” over a comment he made on Fox News this morning.

Williams, who sings the lead-in song to the game each week, criticized the president for his golf summit with House Speaker John Boehner this summer.

“It would be like Hitler playing golf with (Israeli leader) Benjamin Netanyahu,” Williams told “Fox & Friends.”

USA Today, among others, picked up the quote, speculating on whether the comparison would get Williams booted from the broadcast.

This afternoon, ESPN released a statement to the affirmative:

“While Hank Williams, Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to Monday Night Football. We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight’s telecast.”
There are no 1st Amendment issues here; ESPN can do as it pleases for a contracted service, which most likely is the fiscal arrangement that Hank Williams Jr. enjoys with ESPN.

However, with all the BusHitler comments flying through the media for eight straight years, it sure seems funny when a liberal media outlet decides to drop the hammer because it finds some speech offense and not others which are more offensive to potential viewers.

Are you ready for a boycott?
Let's get this thing started!
Show the ESPN asshats what happens
When they and their viewers are parted!
Everything is ready!
Everything is right!
Tell ESPN to f**k off Monday night!

Seriously, how can you replace this?

Update:
The ESPN comments section is going nuts over this. The moderator is yanking comments like a madman, comments that are even alittle critical of ESPN. No profanity necessary; just mention that people should go to Fox to watch sports and you're gone.
